The Policies

*PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING*

Booking Policy:

- A $25 non-refundable deposit is REQUIRED! The deposit will go towards the service as long as you meet the TIME OF SERVICE guidelines. The remainder of the balance is due the day of the appointment via cash, credit card, debit card, Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo.

*(There is a processing fee when using the Cash app and Venmo)

TIME OF SERVICE:

-Be ON TIME. I have a 10-minute grace period but anything after that will have to be rescheduled. In this case, you will not receive your deposit back.

-No extra people or children if they are not getting a service done or previously discussed with the stylist.

-Respect your stylist and other clients, as you would want to be respected.

Cancellation Policy:

-We ask that you give us a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment, to receive the deposit back.

-No-call No-shows are not allowed and can have your account flagged so you will not be able to book again. A simple call will prevent this.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICY:

Returns on wigs and bundles


Our policy: 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! There will be no refunds or exchanges issued for any purchased product unless the product is deemed to be defective by the MERCHANT. If a product is defective, it must be shipped back to the merchant within 30 days of purchase with all tags and wrappings attached before an exchange will be issued. Product(s) must be completely unused and unaltered to be reimbursed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
